I've had premium for about a month now, I thought i was suppose to get 1k on signup, and 300l$ weekly, is there anywhere i have to go to register that or somthing?

My bank was overcharged because it only denies non recurring purchases when i dont have the funds, For some reason buying L$ is marked as recurring. Is there any way to fix this? I'm legally mute in RL, so is there any place to contact other than a phone number?
