    What is the difference between a parcel and land? If you 'buy" land, will there always be a rent attached to it? And how do I know if there is a rent attached to it? Why does it seem like some areas that have land for sale seem more popular than others? Where do you go to purchase land? Are there restrictions to what I can do on my land (i.e. commercialize vs residential)?
