    Looking to be a roving drink waitress/server at a BDSM Club

    I am looking to be hired as a roving drink / snack server at a BDSM Club. The idea is that I would wander about the dance floor or certain area of the club and offer drinks or snacks to guests. I have several different snack / drink trays that allow people to take items from them.  I could also tend bar on the side if there is one available. I'm available from 8 AM SLT to 8 PM SLT. I would be more than happy to work for tips. If interested, feel free to message me in-world.

    My RL brother passed away yesterday. While he wasn't a member of Second Life, my parents refuse to hold a funeral service for him in real life, so I decided to give him one in Second Life, but I am in need of someone to lead it. I'd like it to be done on Monday if at all possible.     Club Elegance is Second Life's premiere music entertainment experience. Located on Destiny Shores, Club Elegance features mixed genre DJs, friendly staff, fun contests, engaging events, and an upscale family-friendly atmosphere which ensures all our patrons both young and old will have a great time. We are currently hiring DJs & Hosts.

    Club Elegance is a mixed-genre clubs. This means that most genres are permitted to be played (within reason). Because Club Elegance is part of the greater Destiny Shore Role-Play region, child avatars are always present in the area and are welcome to attend club events. As such, we do not allow our DJs to play rap, hip-hop, heavy metal, or anything that contains vulgar language.

    Wanted: Land with estate rights

    I am in need of 10,000 SQM land for 3,000 Linden per week MAX. Land must have 900 to 1,000 prims and estate rights (eg: build permissions, object entry permissions, parcel media, etc)

    I'll be operating an avatar equestrian area where people can come and play various equestrian games with horse avatars (like myself) such as pole bending, barrel racing, show jumping, corral rides, etc.

    My name is DJ Viva and  I am a professional DJ of 16 years. I am a graduate of the Florida Academy of Mobile Entertainment, a member in good standing with the American Disk Jockey Association, and the owner of a fully licensed and insured Mobile DJ Service.

    I have my own 200 slot, 198 KBPS Shoutcast Server, I use Radio DJ for windows and a Blue Snowball Microphone when I DJ, and will typically speak between every 4-7 songs.  

    I have been a DJ on Second Life for 8 years, and have performed for a variety of different venues, most of which have unfortunately closed down. 

    I play an extensive variety of music when I DJ, including (but not limited too): 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, Classic Rock, Country, Dance, Holiday Music (If appropriate), Pop, R&B, Rap, Rock, Soft Rock, Jazz, Top 40, and World Music. I also take song requests, and  have over 60,000 songs in my music library so no request is ever too difficult for me to play. 

    I feel that my R/L Mobile and Radio experience will greatly enhance my ability to provide the best club experience here in Second Life, and I hope that you will consider me as a performer for your venue. 

    I am looking for a club that is family-friendly / child avatar friendly (so my best friend who has a child avatar can attend my sets)

    I do not play to empty venues. I am willing to work just for tips as long as your club has the ability to provide a regular crowd for my sets. Otherwise, I require 500 linden per-set.

    ▪ You must speak English fluently
    ▪ You must be 18 years old in Real Life
    ▪ You must be 60 days old in Second Life
    ▪ You must have a non-newbie shape and skin
    ▪ You must be willing to work a minimum of 1 shift per-week
    ▪ You must have experience as a DJ in 2 other clubs in Second Life

    ► DJ Specific Requirements ◄

    ▪ You must have at least a 128 KBPS quality Shoutcast stream
    ▪ You must have at least 100 available listener slots on your Shoutcast server
    ▪ You must have good quality broadcasting software (SAM, Mixx, Nicecast, Megaseg, etc.)
    ▪ You must speak on the microphone every 4 to 5 songs
    ▪ You must be able to take song requests in a timely manner

    ► Audition Information ◄

    Once we receive your application, we will schedule you for an audition. This audition will allow us to determine your level of proficiency with Djing and tell us if you are a good fit for our venue. The audition is 20 minutes long, during which you will need to successfully perform the following tasks:

    ▪ Play 4 songs that you would choose for a set

        - 2 up-tempo songs
        - 2 slow songs

    ▪ Demonstrate the ability to appropriately crossfade at the end of each song

    ▪ Make 6 announcements

        - 1 about tipping the staff
        - 1 about donating to the venue
        - 2 promoting your hostess
        - 2 promoting the activities in the parcel

    I am starting up a metaphysical & healing business in-world, and I am in need of either a Skybox / Skydome or ground land that meets the following requirements.

     

    • Land Size: 2080

    • Land Texture: Grass

    • Prim Allowance: 500

    • Price: 600L to 700L per week

    • Full Land Rights (Audio, Video, etc)

    • Commercial Land Preferred

    • No breedables / clubs in region

    • Allows Fish Hunt / Traffic Cones

         - Note: Fish Hunt events will only occur 1-2 times per month

    I am part of a Second Life relay for life team called “A Stand for Hope” and I am in search of DJs to perform a variety of empowering songs about hope, for 1 hour during a few events on either Saturday April 9th, Sunday April 10th, or Saturday April 16th. ALL SONGS MUST BE PG!

    Seeking land for my business!

    Hello, I'm getting ready to open a hypnotherapy practice here in Second Life. I bought a building on the marketplace that is 47 meters long by 30 meters wide and is 230 prim.

    I need land that's along a road that is at least 2048 sqm in size and has about 400 prim.

    I am only able to spend up to 7,000 L per month (or $30.00 USD).

    I can afford land that's around 700 Linden per week, 850 Linden per week, and 900 Linden per week.

    Does anyone have any land available that will work for this?
