The username I am using now is my alt avie. I am trying to find out why my original avie wont log in on the website or on the server

I know my user name and password but it will not let me log into sl or the website. I havent been on my account for a little bit but I dont think that has anything to do with it because when I had lost my computer awhile back I wasnt in sl for over 2 years and my account was still there. What the heck is going on with my account. I would like to know please and thank you
