It would be preferable to have it working under the account that the user normally logs into. Both accounts have the same permissions. I'm looking for a painless solution so that I don't have to use/create another account. I think it's unfortunate that the developers won't look into this issue, especially considering that I provided everything they wanted (e.g. log files). So much for stable software.

Please see my JIRA bug report (that was subsequently closed) here as it describes the problem and contains related log files/system info. The odd thing with this issue is that another Windows account (with the same permissions) does not experience this problem. New suggestions?
