I am using Gimp for the first time ever, trying to make things here and there and i do not know how to use any type of photoshop program what so ever, so every time i try to make something using Gimp i just give up because i have no idea how to use it, i read blogs watched youtube vids on how to make a shirt and it does not come out the way it is supposed look or happen so i give up on making a clothes period and wanted to do piercings and as usual i have no idea how to use it or even know where to start. So if you could just help me with i don't know a blog on it or something then i would be grateful. And i have the Template for making items already as well. -Logan.

SL keeps saying try checking your network connection and then run again. And i have re installed, what do i do? Well then yes, im using a wireless modem for internet and because of my mom being so cheap, i have a Panasonic CF-51? if that makes any sense. But i can see already my computer is not updated or have the internet for Second Life, so thank you for answering my question. Really wished i could get on second life. Ok thank you but what computer would you suggest i use? A laptop or Desktop? And also i am 17.
