My house has lost it's "solidness", I can walk through walls and fall through the floor, though other objects like carpets are solid. I rezzed a copy of the same house from inventory, and I have the same problem, though I rezzed a different structure (a skybox) and that one is solid, so the problem isn't with the lot or my avi. Why should the copy, which wasn't rezzed when I had the problem, also be affected? I don't know what I did to cause this. Any ideas? Thanks.

When I take a snapshot, the preview window opens and immediately starts loading and doesn't stop, I don't get an opportunity to make any choses. Eventually I close the preview window after 10/15 minutes.

I thought I read that I could pay for premium upgrade with Lindens, so I padded my Linden account to cover the upgrade, but when I tried to upgrade, I didn't have that option, PayPal only. How do I pay for upgrade with Lindens, or get my Linden purchase refunded to my PayPal.
