I have just installed the game, but when I try to login it show the following error: "Login failed. Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong." While I was logging for a first time, a message popped out. It said it is missing something (file?) that is connected with my video (I just couldn't remember it exactly). Unfortunately, I clicked on the "Don't show it again" box and I can't see what is the missing file. I think this is the problem, but, please, can you help me to enter in the game? EDIT I have checked the system requirements before the installing the game and I have a pretty good connection. I also reinstalled the latest Quicktime and Flash versions and plugins.
