Tried to access the Premium Kiosks in 7 locations. All 7 contained the msg "SSL HANDSHAKE FAILURE". What does that mean and how soon can the problem be resolved?

why won't my av rezz when i logon? it was fine when i logged off the last time, now there is only a cloud swirling around where my av should be. i have checked my internet connection, rebooted my router, and logged back into sl numerous times with the same result ea time. i cleared my cache and beyond that i can't find any other troubleshooting info that addresses this issue. it is very frustrating.
