What is the fastest way to get an issue resolved? Live chat support or submitting a ticket?

OK when I log into sl for the first time or TP to a new sim I get a severe case of lag to the point that I can't do anything at all. I don't crash but I have to log anyway. When I come back into sl everything runs perfect through out the entire sim until I TP again. How can I fix this problem?

I have had this problem before too. The solution that worked for me was to change the folder for the cache location. It seemed to work everytime.
