  1. I have filed a ticket asking how to remove my credit card from my account. When I called Support both times neither rep sounded as if they knew how to do ANYthing to help me. The second woman put me on hold, and apparently is on a timed calling system which cut me off. I don't know where to look to see the reply to my ticket, and this is aLOT of trouble just to handle simple things. The billing section of y our website still isn't working. Do you think this'unscheduled maintenance' will be resolved in the next 24 hours?
  2. In fact I tried to update my Mastercard a few days ago, and now in my account billing info it lists my credit card twice. I called Support, and the person wasn't even familiar with the website, put me on hold, and after a few minutes I was disconnected. I would like to REMOVE my credit card from my account. How to please? Thanks. reply: I have in fact tried to use the X beside my credit card, but it does not work. I tried doing everything from the website, not inworld. I have called Support twice now, and they apparently are not able to help with this issue over the phone, and the second call ended in my being disconnected. Thank you for your suggestion about the ticket. I'll create one right now. I just want my credit card removed from the database at this point.
