thanks valerie - i have tried that on Phoenix, but without success. I also use Beta viewer and Singularity but again all the viewers seem to assume i am using the wrong user name or password - and yet, i can still log on to this webpage account using them. last time i was in SL, i failed to reach my TP destination and was lost in a sea somewhere - i dont know if thats relevant? thanks again

i know my correct user/password - because i can access my account - but when i type these into my viewer, it wont let me log on. i've tried logining into different locations but no success. thanks for any help / suggestions
