Okay, I was on the Marketplace.... I bought a skin... I wanted to buy it but I bought two!! The skins no mod,trans,copy! How do I return it! I so need help someone please help me..... Sorry this is such a novice mistake... But if someone knows anyway to fix it please help me...

Okay, I am new to SL. But I am having a major issue with this. I run on a Mac. I downloaded the viewer for the Mac and etc. But when I logged in for the first time. I could not rezz my avatar or teleport away from the starting area, My friends thought it was the bridge so I waited. And still two hours later the same things persist. I try to teleport and it kicks me from the world. So I have no clue what to do. Though I noticed in game no settings are saving. Also it keeps asking me to choose my avatars gender. I have done this about 12 times already. Tried lessening the graphics load and all those fun other things. But I need help! Please someone help me out....
