Hello everyone. I am a breeder of the Ozimal Bunnies and Pufflings. With the Magic Box, breeders were able to sell nests and eggs from the bunnies and the pufflings on the Marketplace. I tried to switch all of my nests and eggs to the direct delivery, but I keep getting a permissions setting error. Are we no longer going to be able to sell nests and eggs and other breedables on the marketplace because we are not listed as the "creator"?

There are eight (8) total parcels that are 4448 sq.m parcel with 254 prims total and 204 for resident use. These parcels are 368L per week. At Meadowlake Estates at the Waterfront, we strive to build a beautiful community while maintaining the privacy each individual needs to live their everyday lives. The basic landscaping of trees, grass, and some outdoor items, as well as a basic home, are all provided by Meadowlake Estates. We do this because it helps protect the overall visual appeal of the community and the sim as a whole. Residents are allowed to use their own home at the approval of management. Residents of Meadowlake Estates are not charged for the use of these prims and they do not get counted into the parcels prim usage by the rental box. The large area in the center of Meadowlake Estates is what we like to call the "community area." Residents are more than welcome to use this area for parties, get togethers, or just generally hanging out. The lake is equiped with a 7Seas fishing server and vendor, so please feel free to fish to your heart's content! There is a 7Seas fishing vendor located inside the rental office houseboat. Residents may rez objects for short term use in the community area as well. Each parcel has Avatar Privacy activated to ensure that the privacy of each one of our residents is protected to the fullest. Meadowlake Estates offers a 10% discount via the rental box if a resident pays four (4) weeks of tier at one time.
