I cant see snow or rain or fire on my Viewer? is it my graphics or something in preferences

I was not able to tp to a store. I received a notification that I could not enter becauses i didnt have payment details registered

my partner and I cant watch a movie together at the same time We can watch the movie indidually but if one comes in to the room they cant see the movie like you can on utube

I can receive responses in local chat, but in private chat, i can send text and can see the person typing back but no messages comes throu. Have changed sims........same across all Have relogged Have restarted pc Am using firestorm No change

My partner & I can watch movies on our TV independantly but cant see the same movie at the same time Any suggestions welcome as to how I can fix it.
