when i try to log in, it get about half way loaded, and just crashes and closes the program i just donloaded the viewer today, im running widows vista and i checked to make sure that my system will run it ok, and it does. I enter all my details, and above the loading bar it says : requesting region capabilities, then just crashes and cuts out, no error message, no reason why, and i cant understand it
