  1. I followed the film on utube to set up my new direct selling but had problems which I related to support after looking and asking others for answers. I had a reply that said that because I only have a basic account that my issue will not be supported. Therefore Linden lab have put in place a system that they will not support unless you pay them as a premium member. The rest of us that are just basic members, will not be able to get any support for their own set up. I can't even delete the listing in unassociated list, it comes back with an error saying 'we know about this problem just carry on shopping'.. so they have a problem yet not willing to give me any info or help on what to do before the deadline. They are well paid from our accounts and support for store holders should not be witheld. This is important for us and to get it working right so that we don't lose money. I'm really disappointed for the first time with support. To push new systems on us and then say we're not supporting it is dreadful. Since when did they only support premium members?
