Laticia Seaside

I've tried to log into the client under this name and it won't let me. This is my main account and I don't understand why I can't get into the client with it now. I was on this account just last month and now the client won't let me back on under the Laticia Seaside. I would like to know why. Sincerely, Laticia Seaside
