My computer is not the problem. I started on Second Life back in August of 2010 and my avatar was frozen and I could not function in 2011, so I created an Alt and had to buy alot and eventually I was able to move some of my inventory from Calasia Charisma to Sahara Haven. I have money and so much inventory for a year of playing but this last fall the same thing happened to Sahara Haven... frozen... I could not even log in. I have paid so much money for my inventory I do not want to start over. But I wasn't being helped so I canceled the account since I was being billed for no possible use. Now by April 3rd my inventory will be gone for not reactivating, and I didn't want this either. I established another alt on a new account.... to find I have no problem with my computer again. But the loss of all I spent to gain wardrobe, and items for a house..... I am sick. and no not being helped would never recommend using second life for this loss. This to change in attitude if somehow I could recover what I lost. Either activate my frozen avatars, or place my money and inventory with my new one.
