Isabeaumagnolia

Until a couple days ago, the visual on sl were fantastic. But now the visuals are all wavy and the people all have moving snake-like skin. I've changed the quality of speed to medium and that helped but less than a second later it automatically goes back to medium. Why does it do that? And why is my visual so bad now when 3 days ago it was fine?
