Hi I recently moved to a university halls of residence and the University requires that I use a proxy for all HTTP connections. After trying to use the in-game HTTP tool, and failing, I resorted to using a proxy tunnel that works for almost any other online games I play. Whilst this allowed me instantly to see the usual advertisements and notifications when I started up the viewer client I continue to get the error mentioned in the subject. Edit: Thanks for the attempts at help. Sadly, both attempts failed. That DNS tool came in handy, though, as I can see I'm only able to get access to the University DNS server.

I bought some stuff from Marketplace and it has not arrived yet or been charged from my account. How long do I need to wait before ordering again?
