I have this problem with one of my 2 avatars. And I had not found the Manage, block that you are talking about. I am using phoenix, where I can fix it?

I have the same problem. I dont find that Manage -> Block that Shyla was talking about. I am using Phoenix viewer. and I have this problem only in one of my avatars Can someone explain to me how to find that Manage in phoenix? thanks.
