registered as vianderose but cannot reach sl worlds and my avater, tried to create another entry name but making mess of that and have told computer previous to remember my log in. please help. know member u4dawes who created old europe or cindy bolero of equss horse stables and festival. also kaetie(katelyn scarlett)

i do not know how to get my avatar back. was trying out new skin, clicked off name tag. i am still listed as member vianderose and have access through second life site,

vianderose here everything has crashed. am still listed as member and am contacting you by this means through second life on regular explorer. please help. how do i start up second life again. i am lost.
