Is there any way to stop the bridge from creating so i can hit the recreate button?

I have just submited a case and on the legened, it says that the issue might have been sovled (which it hasn't) and to reopen the case if it wasnt fixed. How do i do that? Do i need to close it then reopen?

When i try logging into my account, an message appers and tell me that it wont be aviliable till the pacfic time. It been like this for 2 days. What should i do?

I can hear sounds and music, just not people on voice. I have looked at my preferences, nothing has worked. The mic on my computer is not broken, it has been checked.
