I have just amended my card details and my requests to purchase LD is denied. The email very helpfully gives no details so how am I supposed to rectify the problem ?

I am using windows7 home premium and have lost the ability to use private voice chat. Normal voice chat is fine but when I initiate a private conversation I am unable to hear the other person, though they can hear me, and after a few seconds the call terminates putting me back to general voice chat. Does anyone else have the same problem and if so do you have a solution ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. gregsih shim
