I want to reply to paperdoll. No linden lab does not fully investigate. I have known many friends thaty have been banned without any notice no email and obviously no investigation. I'm not sticking up for any copybot project I think they are a very serious issue bt lets not get carried away about LL. LL's got a really long way to go ontheir customer service system. they may not ever change but I hope they do before they lose sight of who's really making SL what it is.
