Flash is updated and downloaded. I've made the exception in windows and my anti-virus firewalls. No results.

I've read multiple posts about the media_plugin_webkit not working and I have found no solution to the problem on version 3.24. If someone could lend a helping hand, that would be amazing. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. I have looked at dozens of seemingly useless posts from the link given and from the knowledge base. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game at least 8 times in different ways. I have Firefox, Quicktime, Java, and Flash Player all updated as of this morning. Nothing is working, and no solutions I've found have been constructive or useful.
