ok i downloaded sl viewer the latest release and im not able to set it to x16 but funny thing i got an message saying display setting have been set to the recommended levels because you graphics card changed from ATI Radeon HD 6700' to 'ATI Radeon HD6700M

yea i am using firestorm on a fresh install any suggestion of what to do and what viewers to use

I am an photographer and have an imac these are my configs Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB now it is an new imac and i am a photographer im trying to change the antialiasing but all i can get upto is x4 when i could get up to x16 on an 5 yr old imac why or what can i do to change this

Just tested it out I dont think it will work I mean it will i just want the script to not show it in local I just want it to show the chat to other people using the hud

I have the vpc and the dvc hud in sl now if anyone knows how it works the creators not in sl no more but I am looking for the script that can do that for example u would say /9 hello but those who have the hud can only see it like a virtual privact chat I am looking for that script

thanks for all the replies yea i did the test thing what i did is i turned off trend and saw if i could connect i could connect so i turned the trend back on and i couldnt connect

thank you I am not sure on the trend micro if its safe or not to unininstall it im not good with that stuff i dont wanna leave my pc open even for a secound to an attack but thank you much for the quick reply and help

Ok this is odd I cannot connect to sl on my wireless network but i can connect to sl when the computer is connected to the cable modem why is that? I also have trend micro on my pc that is protecting my home wireless ect. So could trend micro be blocking sl Becuase I go to the main pc that hook up to the modem than trend say do i wanna unblock sl and i click ok than i am able to connect, but than when i go on another computer which is a mac connected wirelessly via airport that when i cannot connect. here is my set up upstair is a work pc connecting with the modem and has xp firewall on and the trend micro downstair is an imac with airport and it connect to the internet wireless now just to summarize I can connect to the pc with the modem it has trend micro but when i go down stairs to my mac which is wireless it wont let me connect and i spoke to ll i am free from any bannings i dont know what i should do if i should turn the trend or firewall off or both or is there someway i can all trend to keep that port open/. i dont know

Ok i did that I deleted the cache folder all of them related to sl i did that for between 5 or 6 hrs, now i had this problems before and i thought it was becuase i didnt uncheck that save password box so i did that i got the same thing, only now I am getting login failed, second life cannot be acessed from this computer if you feel this an error ect. Now I had someone connect remotly to my mac tru team viewer, and she said im getting that message becuase Its on sl end that they did something to my account, i dont know if that true but im willing to listen to anything i am sorry my grammar and spelling isnt good I am handicapped in rl and i didnt get the same education some people have I created an ticket im waiting for an reply if anyone has any suggestions please let me know, rather by privact message or replying to this post, now I am connected, but the only reason i am in sl is cuz i am using the imprudence 1.3 viewer which i dont know why that is but i am. so if there any suggestions or ideas privact message me on here or what not im willing to try anything I am on a wireless connection and i asked the person who did the team viewer remotly and she told me that wouldnt effect me connecting I will try anything dosnt matter what i am not banned my account is clear of any banning or what not and if i will even give you my email address if it comes to know becuase I know you are more kneldage than i am. thanks you this post sounds like i am mad i am not it happens i know this I can say i am on a mac snow lepord

this what the message is giving me we were unable to decode the file storing you saved login credentials at this point saving or deleting credentials will erase all those that were previously stored. this may happen when you change network setup restarting the viewers with previous networks configurations may help recovering you saved login credentials

also i just recently try to uncheck the remember password box and restarted and it said the same thing

It happen again this time i didnt do anything, i just restarted my mac and i got that same message again and funny thing is i was able to log in since the answer to th is post, but now i got the same thing i even unchecked the password thingy still the same

thank you it did I never knew it, that the one little check mark made a diffence but it did, now i am able to log into any viewer thank you but for future reference can you privact message me or post you idea so i can have it for reference
