i also have this problem sometimes...but i guess we all have

I bought some items few days ago and i don't receive it. I spent a lot of money on them. And when somebody send me something when i am online, it doesn't show me if i want or not to accept them. i simply see them in my inventory if i look at recent items. I would apreciate if somebody can help me. Thanks.
