FaithyQuicksand

I can't seem to get onto SL from any viewer. It keeps giving me an error message stating "Login Failed" "DSN could not resolve the host name" "Please verify that you can connect to the web" etc. Should I be worried? Or is something that can be fixed? x.x I need to know ASAP, thank you!
