Are there anyone who makes sculps today or is it only mesh

I try to make a tshirt with different colors on the sleeves , one color for the left and one color for the right. I hope there are someone who can tell me how to do that thanks for answers

i have a sculp in blender 2.59 and then take it to blender 2.49 anbd tried to bake it there to make a map but i could not do that are there anyone who can explane how i should do to made it work
