Got the same problem, I was using Phoenix and was told it'd being phased out to try the new Firestorm release. I did an am getting the same symtoms on my Vista system. I submitted a support query to phoenix, and have heard back from them that I shouldn't have bot versions of the release on my system, 3.2.1 and 3.2.2. Well to make this short I went back to phoenix which I knew worked, I get my suroudings fine the first time I loaded it it said something about my clothes are being downloaded , but not to worry, my appearnece would be with my clothes...I got a gaseous blob as me...Not good, I never got clothes. I finally after deleting both viewers from my system, I tried SL Viewer 2, and I'm now a white oval...I deleted all my sl files and dl and oinstalled the latest viewer, and I'm back to the two rectabgle boxes on my system, black and grey like everyone else...Thank you I'm not alone I know it's not me....
