I have been trying to login to sl for about 5 days now and unable to do so do to and error message that tell me cant iogin cintact support@secondlife,com and i dont know understand why? Is there any one in Tech that can help me Please?

how order at lease 14 idems 10 went thou but 4 did not one how paid 10 $Ls rest was free and how have not yet receive them how need to no how to get my mersidize sent to my folder in secondlife?????????????/
