Hi there, I was wondering, when you buy land on mainland from another player do you have to pay a transfer fee like they do with private islands? With private islands when you buy it from one person you have to pay a $100 buck transfer fee.

Yet another question. Ok, when people buy private island the date that their tier is due varies depending on the time it was made, you know cus like it's made to order. Now on mainland is this the same or is all land tier due at the same time?

well ok, that some complicated stuff lols. I'm trying to take it all in. Is it possible to get 1/4th region @ 3750 prims for a teir of $75 bucks? Cus that's what it says on the list that' shown or do people chop it up or something? Cus I would like that many prims. On an estate you can get that like that. I mean he got two 4092 sqm and only 900 prims on each but I guess that's where the bonus prims on Estates come in.

omg, Mainland is crazy, 1875 crammed into only 4096 sqm? I get 8192 sqm on an estate with 1875 prims. Now I'm confused. On the list that the guy posted of LL's prices for Mainland, it says that 8192 sqm is 1875 and that's 40 bucks tier that has to be paid to LL, but you are saying you get half the land space with the same amount of prims for the same price plus your monthly fee? wow, and yea, is the next size 3750 prims? Because on the list it says that that's only 75 bucks a month paid to LL plus your premium fee. That would be cheaper than what I have on the estate. On the estate I own two 8192 sqm each with 1875 prims which is 3750 in total and I'm paying 90 bucks a month for those two. Another thing I'm understanding is that the more mainland I have the less my tier is?

another question, why is it that no one lists how much the tier is and how many prims you get when they list their mainland parcels for sale or rent?

So, I've heard things about the mainland. I was told that it is cheaper than buying land on a private island? Is this true? I currently pay 2600L for a 1875 prim lot. that's roughly $40 USD a month. What can I expect to pay for that same amount of prims on the Mainland?
