thanks. I tried that already- tried loggint to Hippo and to Smith

I am trying to log in now since yesterday evening. I reloaded Phoenix Firestorm (moved from beta to mesh) and also loaded Phoenix Viewer in case there was a problem with Firestorm. I have sent a case report to Linden...but don't really wnat to wait 24 more hours. I already unplugged my router. Not sure what else i can do- dumped cache too. (I tried clicking HELP but it never opens in either Firestorm or Phoenix). The messaage I get is "We're having trouble conneting. There may be a problem with your Internet connection or the Second Life Grid. You can either check your Internet connection and try again in a few minutes, click Help to view the Second Life Support Prtal., por clcick Teleport to attempt to teleport home."
