Hello there; I am a long time SL user (on a previous account before this one), originally from the Teen Grid; I took a break for a while, but have decided I would like to reenter SL. I got LL to reactivate my account, and can log into the website- however, the viewer itself won't let me in. When I attempt to login, it gives me an error saying "Login failed. Your account can only access Second Life between and Pacific Time. Please come back during those hours." Yes, the error does not list any times, and regardless of when I attempt to login, I get it. I think the issue may be related to the fact that the account was deactivated before the Teen Grid was removed. I contacted LL support, and went through standard troubleshooting- resetting the cache, reinstalling, making sure my computer was compatible, etc. I tried the viewer on a different computer, with the same error. I told LL support this, and they told me they couldn't help me any further unless I became a premium member (which is unfortunate, as I am a previous premium member, and will not sign up for premium again unless I'm certain my account can be restored.) So, I'm curious- has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have an idea on how it could be fixed? I'm fearing that it's something wrong in the SL database, which I won't be able to fix without LL's support.

Edit: This error has been happening since I had my account reactivated last week, so I don't believe it is maintenance related. Edit 2: Yes, I have tried creating a new account with success, I can login fine with it. However, I want my old inventory and status back, hence why I'm after getting this account to work.
