how do I get rid of them?

I deleted some alts {cancelled the account} but the name is still showing up in the dashboard login, why? how do I get rid of the names?

I had over $1000L in my account...Got ONE thing that cost $40L..... now it says I have $68L huh?...i relogged 2 times and it still says the same thing who do i go to? who do i call i would like to SPEAK to someone.... please give me the number......thank you
