yes using blender 2.49 , and yes im using the SL pre made bones and yes alreayd parented them and set as amature and make skin weight , but in blender 2.49 it calls skin weight " heat " all that is done fine , i made one just like that befor and imported it fine , though now that im looking at it my other model was like 17k pollys , and the new one some how claims to be 88k pollys , gona try to redo it with less , not sure why its so high though all i did was lop the head off my old one i made and remake the head with more detail .. so it should not be that high ... have to retry again with lower pollys and see if it still messes up.
