Aura Aulder

Hello, well, my problem is that frequently, when I try to use poseballs, they dont work...sometimes, they do but I have many problems...they dont animate my avatar. I changed sim, and avatar, and it happens. I use phoenix viewer, I havent tried with a different viewer, but if somebody could help, I would be grateful. Aura
