Good question, my friend lost her avi. (a long story, not worth going into at this time) And she is trying to re create it. She is not sure whether it was a classic or mesh. She has made a ticket with Linden to try and get the original back. In any case, she is worth talking to either way.

How can I tell if an avi that I am talking to is classic or mesh. I am asking for a friend who doesn't know. (they are not very computer literate)
