and will LL contact me in any time to give me a reason why its not moved ,what the delay is and or whether or not its getting moved ,has been or will never be ?

What is the Average wait period to have a sim moved i paid my realtor to have this done Friday ive already been waiting 4 days andim on a time frame because im moving in rl and not sure how long before i can get it done otherwise

so im wondering if they were delivered why didnt i get to accept them and why are they not in my inventory anywhere ?
