Everytime i log in..my Avie is a brand new Noob..all my skin i just bought in world..and hair..ect.. is lost..not in my inventory..everytime..i log...sigh..i spent money on her,and my lindens are gone...sigh..i cleared cache...rebooted my computor ...what the heck is going on?

I recently got my old account reactivated..ok..now everytime i log in she is a noob..pink dress and all..i lost her skin (i just bought her) and AO..everytime i buy something..get her all set..when i log off...and log on it's allll gone..WHY?..i am spending lindnes on here,just to get ripped of by second Life. PLEASE HELP I was on the old viewer tried uninstalling and re installing the new viewr ...Nothing is working..i am on phoenix now....ans still she comes on as a pink dressed noob,and i lose everything..tried going to a "Safe" place to let my inventory load..like i was told..nothing..Sigh

I just reactivated my account..my avie i had since 2008..anyway came opn as a noob..and all my inventory is gone..i spent my money to buy new skin and hair,and clothes..and they are missing too..and my inventory keeps saying loaded..i cleared my chace many times and it isn't working...help please
