I can't seem to send any of my friends private messages via mysecondlife.com anymore. There's no option from their profile page to send a private message anymore. The only option seems to be an IM via whatever the default viewer is. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Hello... I apologize if this is the wrong place to be asking, but I wasn't sure where else to post. I'm just curious as to exactly how many owners can be set on an Open Collar collar. I currently have 3 (my primary owner and two secondary owners), and was wondering what the upper limit is. Also, is it possible for more than one person to have the same powers as the primary owner? Thanks in advance, and I once again apologize if this is the wrong place to be asking this.
