I opened 2 accounts a few years ago and couldn't continue paying on them so,now I can not get on them,how do I continue using them as free accounts.

I have had 2 paying accounts on here and can not get in either one now ..could you tell me what the problem is and if I or you can fix it...I had one account I paid the $72 for the year but didn't log on for awhile ..when I did I could not get back online..I opened another account for the year and before the year was up I could not get back on it.I would like to know how to get back on both again please.
