it is laptop, intel core duo, windows 7, RAM 2 GB, 32-bit operating system, and I'm using wire internet.... I tried to use SL 1.23; but still failed...

Helpppp....I cant log in for months (more than 1 year) everytime I tried to log in, it said "We're having trouble connecting. There maybe a problem with your internet connection or the second life grid" I tried to teleport to other places, tried in other times (almost 1 year now), it always failed to log in. The internet connection is fine, I tried with other SL Viewer but I still couldn't log in. Please help... Thanks!
