Are you referring to a Real Life Avatar required by a university class situation that requires you to use your real life name, etc?? If so, then you are likely on a restricted educational grid separate from the rest of the SL experience. Still only fill out your profile as suggested by your professor and nothing more. If this is not the case, then do as the others above have suggested. Never put RL info no matter what ever. :-)

I am getting the following error when trying to use any of the COMPLETE AVATAR subcategories. I have tried setting my listing to every subcategory and still get the error each time. 1 error prohibited this product from being savedThere were problems with the following fields: You must choose a category for your product before it can be listed The CATEGORY button within the listing is malfunctiong / NOT WORKING!!! I have also filed a support ticket.

I am the merchant: The Marketplace was taking hours to deliver my products to clients for the past 2 days. Today not delivering at all even if I redeliver them. I have lots of undelivered items to my clients and am having to send them to my clients out of my inventory as I hear back from them that they are not delivered. The Marketplace says the are delivered but are not. My magic boxes are located in multiple sims (including Mainland) so there should not be a problem with deliveries.

Yes, the magic boxes simply would not sync. The issue has resolved itself today after the SL crash earlier this afternoon. Magic Boxes are now syncing correctly as they should be.

Marketplace is not recognizing new inventory placed into magic boxes for my store.
