None of those appear to fit my error message. EDITED: I just switched to Phoenix and it works.

Hi. I haven't been able to get onto SL for months. It will first ask me to update to the newest version, which I always do and it's always worse than the last, giving me more headaches with each version. I have now updated to 3.0.0, but every time I try to log on I get the error message saying: Login failed Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong. Please check status.secondlifegrid.net to see if there is a known problem with the service. if you continue to experience problems, please check your network and firewall settings. Well, I don't see any problems listed, and I haven't changed any network or firewall settings since the last I logged on. I'm getting really frustrated. I'm on a Mac. Does anyone have any thoughts?
