I have an existing market place store however when I went to upload and item to sell tonight the merchant box inworld is saying I must create a store. How do I fix this problem or is it just a glitch in Second life right now?

My up arrow key is making me walk backwards instead of forwards I don't know how that happened but what do I do to correct it? Thank you in advance
