  1. Hi, I have another question :) The only way to contact with billing support is by phone? When I had premium account I had contact with them trough live chat. Isn't it possible that now? Thank you
  2. Hi (again). I keep having problems while i try to set up a payment method. I have tried many times, my verified paypal account and my Visa card. Both were accepted by Lindens before few time, but now they aren't. With my other avi i STILL use the same paypal account with NO problem. I 've been told to call Linden support. For what? to tell me again to check if my paypal is verified???? I have noticed that Lindens has billing problems too often. Why that? Please I need an specific answer about what is going on with Lindens and paypal or Visa. Thank you
  3. Hello, I try to set payment method using my VERIFIED paypal account and then system replies with an error that the paypal account is not verified. I want to add that i use that paypal account to my older avi with no problems. Thank you.
