Mejse Aya

SL put money back on my Visa. It's a fairly big amount of 12000L. What does this mean? No Email has arrived on the matter either. I can´t see any explanation in my account summery or transaction history. Can they take them back again if it was a mistake? Why do I suddently get such a refund, I wonder?
